I cannot say enough good things about Lana. She is kind, honest, dependable, responsive, professional and competent. I purchased my first home in June 2020 and she helped make the home buying process stress-free. She has also helped my parents and sister buy and sell several houses over the past 10+ years. Lana was awesome. She was very thorough in helping us with our house selection, able to quickly point out potential money sinks, so we could be well informed before making offers. Lana is the greatest! Truly an expert in her field and was with us through our entire home buying process answering every question along the way. As a first time home buyer this was so helpful. She went above and beyond too even coaching us on the financial side of things and setting expectations. Finding us a home that fit our budget and wasn't going to wipe us out. We purchased a new home that was still under construction and it took time but Lana was in top of everything she was going out there during building pointing any issues and concerns, staying on top of the construction manager, I can go on and on. As an expert in my own field. I recognize a expert when I see one and from the shingles to the slab, closing process to property tax. Lana is a master in all aspects of purchasing a new home.
